Please ensure all optical equipment and accessories are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process

Contact our support team with your order number and the specific reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your 7Artisans lens and any included accessories in the original box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the exterior of the shipping carton.
- 3.Ship the Item
Send your package via a trackable shipping service to the address provided by our support team; we recommend insuring the shipment for the value of the optics.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team verifies the condition of the equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
